Taking into consideration that the petitioner is in jail custody since 09-09-2014 on the accusation that one country-made pistol and three live cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession, when he along with others assembled to make preparation of commission of dacoity, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kadamkuan P.S.
