The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 448 of 2019 registered under Sections 304B/201/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is woman aged about 75 years. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against her. Further he contended that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
