JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 14.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections and section 25(1-B)a 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The police during investigation of a case of robbery i.e. K. Hat P.S. Case No. 562 of 2014, raided the lodge of Mantu Yadav where four persons were apprehended. Though arms were recovered from others but from the possession of the petitioner three mobile and thirteen thousand rupees suspected to be stolen, were recovered.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not accused in any other case. Statement to the aforesaid effect has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition.

No.2597 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnea in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 822 of 2014.
