2. The petitioner is given liberty to approach the concerned authorities for creation of Jamabandi in his favour as it has been contended by the learned counsel for the State that the transfer of land in question is not being permitted because the petitioner has no Jamabandi created in his name.

3. Learned counsel for the State further submits that when the Jamabandi will be created in favour of the petitioner, he will be able to transfer the land in question.
