2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 457/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The dead-body of the deceased Ashutosh Kumar was discovered. Subsequently, the witnesses have stated that the deceased Ashutosh Kumar was seen with the petitioner and Amar Kumar @ Gulgul.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 19.11.2023.

5. Considering the fact that the witnesses have seen

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49956 of 2024(3) dt.03-01-2025 2/2 the deceased along with the petitioner on a motorcycle, this application is dismissed.

6. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur is directed to get the CCTV footage properly verified from the co-villagers to identify the other criminals involved in the crime.
