1. No one appears on behalf of the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 on repeated dates.

2. The Petitioner submits that after the present order was passed on 17.12.2008 by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamui, in Maintenance Case No.05 of 2003 had granted `4,500/- to the Opposite Party Nos. 2 and 3 as maintenance, final orders have been passed. However, the Petitioner is still desirous to keep his wife and child with him.

3. Evidently, under such circumstances, when final orders have been passed enhancing the amount of maintenance, the present application has become infructuous.
