In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 37 of 2004 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 452 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The offence is alleged to have been committed in the year 2004, but the petitioner has filed the bail application in the year 2016, for about 12 years, he remained absconder.

This Court does not find justification to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year of custody. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
