2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for the issuance of Writ in the nature of Mandamus of any other appropriate Writ(s) or Order(s) or Direction(s) directing the Respondent Authorities to consider the Representation (Annexure P/5) filed by the Petitioner and allow the registration, Sale, Purchase of Land bearing Khata No. 147, Khesra No. 1057, Mauza Hardi;

Patna High Court CWJC No.10247 of 2026(2) dt.20-07-2026 2/3 (ii) for the issuance of Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ(s) or Order(s)or Direction(a) directing the Respondent Authority to remove the bearing Khata No. 147, Khesra No. 1057, Mauza Hardi, Thana No. 207, P.S. Supaul Sadar, District Supaul from restricted List (Rok Suchi) in the sweep of which any sale/purchase/registry has been restricted;

(iii) issuance of such other order orders, direction/ directions, relief/relief to which the petitioner may found entitled to be passed as your Lordships may deem fit and proper.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if his petition is taken up by the the respondent no.03, the Collector, Supaul.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection to the said stand of the petitioner.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the respondent no.03, the Collector, Supaul with fresh representation in next four weeks
