Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset very fairly submits that benefit of Section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C. has been given to the petitioner as such for the present he does not have any apprehension of arrest thus seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to move at an appropriate time, in the event if the need arises.
