JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04/ 22-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 302 and 506 of the Indian Penal Cod on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2013.

The prosecution case is that co-accused Sonu Alam gave Chura blow on the shoulder and chest of Shahid Ali whereas the petitioner Azad Mian @ Azad Alam caused injury with Gupti in the chest of Naushad Alam who subsequently succumbed to the injury.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9651 of 2016 (4) dt.22-11-2017 2/2 In pursuance to the order of the Court, the report of Superintendent of Police, West Champaran at Bettiah dated 07.03.2017 has been received which reflects that all witnesses have been examined.

In view of the report of S.P., West Champaran at Bettiah dated 07.03.2017, this Court is not inclined to revise the earlier order. However, it is expected from the learned trial Court to conclude the trial of Sessions Trial No. 208 of 2013 expeditiously, if it has not been concluded as yet.
