The petitioner has not been paid the benefits of MACP from the date of his entitlement and confirmation in service.

It has been categorically submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no impediment in the petitioner being paid the benefits of the MACP to which he is entitled. A representation has been made by the petitioner before the District Panchayati Raj Officer, Nalanda at Biharsharif which has not yet been acted upon.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14014 of 2019 dt.15-07-2019 2/2 This Court therefore directs the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the District Panchayati Raj Officer, Nalanda at Biharsharif ventilating his grievances within a period of two weeks which shall be disposed of by a reasoned order within a further period of six weeks thereafter. It is also directed that if other grounds of discontent are also raised before the concerned respondent, those shall also be addressed to. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
