The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Pothia P.S.Case No.140 of 2017 registered under Sections 413, 414, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the recovery of twenty five quintals of stolen electric wire from the truck belonging to the petitioner, which was being transported to West Bengal for sell, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
