2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s) :
"............... for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions commanding the respondent authorities especially respondent no. 3 (The Executive Engineer) to accept the application of petitioners for providing electric connection to the respective house hold of the petitioners after accepting their application form with requisite fee etc. Petitioner further seeks any other relief/reliefs for which he is found entitled in the eye of law and in the
Patna High Court CWJC No.11636 of 2025(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 facts and circumstances of the present case."
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that the present writ petition may be disposed off with a direction to the Respondent No. 3 to accept the application made by the petitioners along with the requisite amounts and consider the same in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the Respondent No. 3 to accept the application of the petitioners for an electrical connection along with the requisite amount and consider the same strictly in accordance with law. The Respondent No. 3 is directed to consider the said application within a period of four weeks from the date of the copy of the receipt of this order.
