Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 307 and 326A of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Bairagania P.S. case no.32/2015, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi is, again, rejected.
