Petitioner is said to have opened fire causing firearm injury to the informant- Manish Kumar who appears to have sustained simply injury which is evident from perusal of annexure 3 to the petition. There is case and counter case between the parties and brother of the petitioner sustained grievous injury said to be caused by firearm in the alleged occurrence. Moreover, alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Nokha (Dharmpura) P.S.
