The petitioner is an accused in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 221 of 2015, registered under Sections 25(1-b)A,26 of Arms Act, pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur.

The accusation is that petitioner was found in possession of country made pistol containing three live cartridges. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2015. Learned counsel for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner and submitted that petitioner have criminal antecedent and he is involved in other cases also.
