====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are in custody in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 198 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 406, 420, 504, and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The allegation against the petitioners in the instant case in substance is a civil dispute, inasmuch as the dispute relates to a monetary transaction in connection with business. Petitioners are in custody since 20.02.2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46879 of 2019(2) dt.29-07-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the informant would submit that the money received by the petitioner is duly acknowledged. Considering the fact that this case is for recovery of amount in connection with business activities, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 198 of 2019.
