A theft was committed and several articles were taken away by unknown thieves. Subsequently, in course of investigation one stolen mobile set is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid mobile was purchased by the petitioner from one Banti Gupta.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Bhabua P.S.
