The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 110/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/379/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the entire dispute is for a petty occurrence which resulted in assault by both the parties with case and counter case having been instituted by both the parties. It is further submitted that in view of the injuries have been found to be simple in nature and that

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the entire occurrence arose out of a petty dispute, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Buxar, in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 110/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
