In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 249 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 302, 452 and 380/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation has been made that her husband was released from jail recently, residing in the house. It has further been submitted that on the date of the occurrence at about 12 O'clock in the night, 8 to 10 persons came and took him along with them on the next day, his dead body was found. The name of the petitioner has been given by the informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8076 of 2016 (4) dt.21-04-2016 2/2 In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within nine months if the trial is not concluded within the said period, the petitioner will have a liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
