The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 193 of 2021 dated 18.07.2021 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Ten litres of mahua liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2021 and does not have criminal antecedents.

For the aforestated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
