The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 6.1.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323,379,498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was earlier arrested in the mater but on the basis of compromise was granted bail but subsequently his bail bond was cancelled and thereafter, the petitioner is in custody. Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of
