The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Laxmipur (Gidhaur) P.S. Case No.438/2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim forcefully.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the same and similar allegation in another case vide Jamui SC/ST P.S. Case No. 53/2019 filed against petitioner in which petitioner has been granted regular bail on 27.02.2020 by the learned court below.
In the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4471 of 2021(3) dt.30-11-2021 2/2 surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P. S. Case No.438/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
