JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear that except confessional statement and criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who is not named in the first information report which has been registered for the offences under Sections 394, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act nor has been put on Test Identification Parade though he is in jail custody since 21.07.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10336 of 2016 (2) dt.03-03-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015.
