JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-08-2018 The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 25.01.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18763 of 2017 requiring the authorities to consider the petitioner's case and taking decision at their end.
2. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 2 and 3 Annexure-A whereof being an order dated 17.07.2018 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the
Patna High Court MJC No.1054 of 2018 dt.30-08-2018 authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.
3. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 1054 of 2018 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case she is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, she may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
