JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner came in the statement of witnesses who claimed to have seen the petitioner near the place of occurrence in suspicious condition and on the basis of aforesaid statement, petitioner was arrested and furthermore, it also came to light that one Sim was used in the stolen mobile and the aforesaid Sim was in the name of sister of the petitioner. Moreover, except the aforesaid materials as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Petitioner is in jail custody since 19.2.2015.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
