ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 12-01-2026 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner is willing to pay the entire outstanding loan amount in respect of the mortgage made by the petitioner and his spouse.

2. Having regard to the above made submissions, the petitioner is directed to approach the respondent Bank by way of a representation clearly setting out the mode of repayment of the loan and on such representation being given, the same shall be

The authorities shall endeavour to pass necessary steps as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation made by the petitioner. The authority on the representation made by the petitioner shall consider the same sympathetically duly taking into account the old age of the petitioner.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
