2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No. 91 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(B)(ii)(A), 23(a) and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 2.3 Kg of ganja has been recovered from the grocery shop of the petitioner.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2025.

5. Considering the huge recovery, I am not incliend to grant bail to the petitioner.
