The petitioner seeks bail in Kesariya P.S. Case No. 29 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. According to the prosecution case the petitioner was apprehended while he was sitting on a Bolero Jeep. The police got information that the petitioner and other accused persons were intending to sale the stolen vehicles.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no record to show that the petitioner committed any theft of any vehicle. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 18.02.2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3314 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2015 Having considered the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, he is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashok Kumar II, the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Motihari at East Champaran in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 29 of 2014.
