The petitioner seeks regular bail in Hathidah P.S. Case No. 77 of 2014 registered under Sections 323, 504, 506, 384, 387, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant made allegations against the petitioner that he threatened the informant and demanded extortion. It is further alleged that the petitioner used to threat the witnesses of a case of murder of his son.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case on account of village politics. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 11.10.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4307 of 2015 (2) dt.03-02-2015 2/2 allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for about three months and he has got no criminal antecedent, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K.
