JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have opened fire causing injury on the back of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant sustained altogether three injuries but all the injuries were found simple in nature. It is also submitted that only one injury on left lower chest, said to be caused by firearm, was found on the person of the informant and the aforesaid injury was also found simple in nature. Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.10.2015 and the investigation against him has already been completed. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
