The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 427 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 385, 379, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that there is a case and counter case and the injuries sustained were found simple in nature, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59440 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.
