The petitioner seeks bail in Madhepur P.S. Case No. 107 of 2013 registered under section 376 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim alleged that at the dead of night the petitioner Ganesh Yadav entered into her house and made an attempt to commit rape on her. But at last the petitioner managed to flee away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neighbour of the informant. The father of the petitioner filed Madhepur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2013. There is land dispute between the parties and on account of such this false case has been lodged. Petitioner is in jail since 25.11.2014.
