2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Biroul P.S. Case No. 583 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Two unknown persons are said to have fired upon the informant. They also looted Rs. 4,500/- and two mobiles from the informant. The looted mobiles were sold by the petitioner to one Gulshan Kumar. The petitioner is in jail since 09.02.2024 and has criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not
