2. Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to make payment of full salary to the petitioner from the date of suspension till the date of suspension was revoked after deducting the subsistence amount.

3. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no.6. It has been stated that Head Mistress cum Disbursement Officer vide letter no. 204 dated 17.11.2022 provided the difference salary payment bill (Annexure-10 of this

Patna High Court CWJC No.10762 of 2023(2) dt.09-12-2024 2/2 writ petition). District Programme Officer (Establishment),West Champaran, no. Bettiah vide memo 3023 dated 03.10.2023 ordered the payment of the remaining salary after the deduction of subsistence allowance. In compliance of the letter, payment was made with Bill reference no. 20231123111421 of amount Rs.6,80,989.A copy of the letter with memo no. 3023 dated 03.10.2023 issued by the order of District Programme Officer, (Establishment)), Bettiah, West Champaran is contained in annexure A to the counter affidavit.
