2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Narhat P. S. Case No. 122 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. It is alleged that on false promise of marriage, this petitioner committed rape upon the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and there was no relationship between petitioner and the informant. Petitioner

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that there is allegation against this petitioner to commit rape with informant on promise of marriage and thereafter, refused to marry on the ground of dowry.
6. Considering the nature and seriousness of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
