Although, petitioner is said to have been caught along with others when assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity but according to prosecution case itself, nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 671 of 2015.
