The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 401, 413, 411, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in short, is that during investigation of another case the informant got information that stolen wheat loaded on truck came for unloading in Bazar Samiti Mohania. On investigation, the accused persons including the petitioner were found to have been involved in commission of crime of cheating, forging the documents and dealing in stolen property.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2019. There is no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44861 of 2019(2) dt.22-07-2019 2/2 allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Altogether ten persons have been named in the present case. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from the possession of the petitioner.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S. case No.169 of 2019, G.R. No.769 of 2019.
