The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No.352 of 2021 registered for offences under Section30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is the owner of the bus which is commercial one, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
