The petitioners seek regular bail in Patliputra P.S. Case No. 297 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341 and 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant with stick.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the occurrence took place on 14.08.2014 but the First Information Report was lodged on 25.08.2014.

Considering the fact that the quarrel took place between the informant and the petitioners due to family dispute, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with
