Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, name of the petitioner came in this case on the ground that there was previous enmity between the parties. Moreover, it is admitted position that none has seen the actual killing of the deceased and except suspicion as well as previous enmity, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chouk) P.S.
