JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-09-2019 The petitioners seek bail in connection with Mahila (Araria) P.S. Case No. 69 of 2018, dated 12.07.2018, instituted for the offence under Section 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are said to have taken away the victim/prosecutrix and subjected her to rape. Though several grounds have been raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners in their defense, but the

The petitioners are in custody since 30.03.2019. For the present, this Court has no reason to disbelieve the accusation levelled by the informant. For the aforesaid reasons, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners for the present. The application is dismissed.
