2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Shahjahanpur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 74, 75(2), 77, 78(2), 79, 352, 351(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Section 8 and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of catching hold of the hand of the victim and also of making viral her photographs.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48963 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He is under custody since 21-01-2025 and both the parties have compromised the case.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Addl. Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Exclusive Special Court (POCSO Act), Patna in connection with Shahjahanpur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
