Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chainpur P.S.Case No.137 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/5 of the Explosive Substance Act. Fardbeyan discloses the allegation that there was a land
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46649 of 2019(2) dt.29-07-2019 2/3 dispute between the informant and one Jamuna Bind and while he was harvesting the wheat crops said Jamuna Bind threw bomb but that has not exploded. It is also alleged that thereafter Jamuna Bind and the petitioners came and assaulted the informant.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that with respect to the land dispute, large number of cases are going on between the parties and the present one is a counter blast to the case filed by Jamuna Bind i.e. Annexure 3 to this application. Petitioners have also made complaint before the higher authorities. No specific allegation has been alleged against the petitioners.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-II, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Chainpur P.S.Case No.137/2019 Gr. No.719/2019, subject to conditions as laid
