2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 290, 427, 353, 307, 332, 188, 143, 147, 149, 151, 152 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, six F.I.R. named persons including this petitioner and 30-40 unknown, while protesting against administration over the accidental death of a villager, obstructed the National Highway, pelted stones on police personnel and damaged police vehicle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. None of the police personnel sustained any injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - III, Begusarai in connection with Lakho P.S. Case No. 22 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
