The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case no. 218 of 2016, registered under Sections 304-B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and other in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of Motorcycle in dowry and also concealed her dead body. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased, daughter of the informant, and she has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that, in fact, deceased daughter of the informant died due to epilepsy and her dead body was disposed off, but with ulterior motive the present case has been lodged. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51448 of 2017 (2) dt.01-11-2017 2/2 filed the compromise petition in the Court of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna, East Champaran.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sikarhana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 218 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
