2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 132, 324(4), 324(5), 109, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3, 4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

3. It is alleged that some unknown miscreants exploded bomb on the vehicle of informant near Economics Library, on account of which, window of the Library and alleged vehicle got damaged.

4. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name surfaced during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Rajiv Ranjan @ Vishal. Petitioner is student and has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Patna in connection with Pirbahor P.S. Case No. 196 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
