Having acknowledging the role played by the petitioner during course of occurrence to be the sole assailant of deceased, vide order dated 17.10.2014 prayer for bail was rejected under Cr. Misc. No.28825 of 2014.

Annexing annexure-3, it has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that his marriage has been scheduled on 16.02.2015 and rituals are to be taken up from 12.02.2015 as such, he be released on provisional bail. Though not specified however, during course of submission it has been confined to extend privilege of bail for a fortnight. Directing that petitioner will be released on 11.02.2015 and will surrender on 19.02.2015 before the learned lower court, during the intervening period petitioner Sudhir Rai @ Sujit Rai @ Sujit Kumar is directed to be released on provisional bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3658 of 2015 (2) dt.28-01-2015 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Derni P.S. Case No.33 of 2013, subject to condition that one of the bailors should be a Government servant and the learned lower court will ascertain the identity before acceptance of the bail bond.
