The Director-in-Chief (Nursing) namely Mr. A. K. Tiwary is present in-person. A supplementary show cause has been filed in which besides other things, it is stated that the representations of the petitioners have been considered and both of them have now been transferred from Sadar Hospital, Siwan to NMCH, Patna.
It is submitted that since the Director-in-Chief (Nursing) has joined only recently within one month, he is not much aware as to why the representations of these petitioners were not considered while taking up the representations of other similarly situated persons.
Be that as it may, since the transfers have already been effected after consideration, these writ applications have become infructuous and are being disposed of accordingly. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) tusharika/- U
