JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as leaned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of this petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused and thereafter, he was remanded in this case on 26-04-2014. The petitioner carries criminal antecedent of 11 cases but in the present case, neither anything was recovered from his possession nor he was put on Test Identification Parade and it appears to me that except confessional statement of coaccused and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
